daes in shanghai...
this is gg to be a realli looong storyy.... =p
it has been the third week since i came to shanghai.. it was realli a great breakthrough fer me n mei as both of us had our first experience to go overseas.. n to stay fer 6mths loongg.. of cos..there was some crying in the first few daes as we realli miss our family n frenz.. *sobx* n the weather is freezing cold!! omg.. we r so scare of bathing.. hee.. (aniway we still had our bath k!!) fortunately.. my sis's fren, julius is here too.. fer attachment with a big grp of NTU students.. thuss.. they usually will ask us out too if they r having ani activities.. keke.. we don feel so lonely aft all.. as we had a big click now.. n in fact we r getting used to here n enjoying now..i begin to luv this place actually.. ...
10th mar
departure from spore... there were tears n goodbyes.. found our home ard 8pm.. in shanghai located near company.. the enviroment is rather old n julius describe it as a sabaria warr.. diaozz. but the house is rather small n quite well furnished.. there's a bath tub!! but we don think it is realli cleann u see.. aniway we luv the bed best..(= we cried so much fer the first few daes.. we miss home so much... till we fall asleep..ZzZzz
11th - 12th mar
we had a thorough spRIng cLeanIng!!! n some shopping at supermarket fer our daily necessities n grocerries.. with the help from our colleagues.. finally got our phonecard on sundae n i called back to home n boi immediately.. sMilEz...
13th mar...
first dae of woRk...... met all our colleagues.. they are realli nice ppl..
n rest of the week is juz plain work n work n work.. sianzz.. we tried to cook porriage for dinner n it taste a lil weird.. eeeww.. =s julius actualli took us to xiang yang road to buy our coats after work.. it is juz like a flea market.. i'm surprise to knnow tt the price can be bargained till like from 800rmb to 150rmb.. ?? my coat is an example..(: lots of forged branded stuffs.. anione wans anithing?? lolx.. i ll be gg these few daes again as it ll be closing down soon.. (: n guess wad? we were lost on our first trip out.. n we had walked fer abt an HOUR b4 we manage to home as we alighted at the wrong bus stop.. we were so scareee.. THANKs to wrong source of information from julius!! hah..we had forgive him aniway.. he was realli guilty.. keke.. =P
18th mar
it's weekends again!! this time we went to the city area..Nanjing Rd.. The Bund and Qi Pu rd.. when we reached there.. we were like.. wowww... didnt noe tt shanghai can hAve suCh beautiful places... esp the nite scenery... we ate lotsa junk foods.. n it is sooo.. oily.. know more frenz as they join us fer dinner.. they r rather fun people actualli.. haha.. (i m trying to load pix in.. nid more time..)
the rest of daes were repeated.. i m falling a lil sick.. feeling feverish during work.. kept dozing off.. hope the boss didnt catch me..=X ate too much medication i think.. haha.. it last fer abt a week.. n i m feeling much better now.. no worries peepz~! thanks fer everyone concern.. i m so touChEd from recieved emails from u guys!! u're juz sOo sWeet!!
24th mar
our lao da(boss) often disturb us asking where we gg to ahv fun aft work.. n ask y we not working OT!! lolx.. he v furni arr.. aniway... me n mei took company bus n went to Cheng Huang temple to meet julius.. jingyi.. wang kai.. alvin.. and germaine.. as there is a food festival held there!!! hehe.. we cant resist food temptation u see... but too bad by the time we have reached.. most stalls r closed..=( we had the famous xiao long bao there!!! omg... *thumbs up* hmm... guess wadd? we lost our way once again...=/ took the wrong bus home this time till it reaches the end.. den we realise we r in trouble.. n knoe wadd?? the bus driver actualli drives us straight to our doorstep.!!!! we r soooo soo shOcked.. we wunt forget his facE.. we actualli met such nice person over here.. i juz can say we're soo lucky.. (: hmm.. juz me n mei went fer the food festival again.. n we atE soooo mani different kinds of stuffs which we nv get to try it in spore such as smelly tofu.. tang bao.. n more xiao long bao again..!!! haha.. we waited fer an hr fer tt ehh.. !! but is worth it.. keke.. we felt so fulfilling.. at the end of the dae we bought haagen daz ice cream.. yum yum.. *bloated* hehehe.. shoo happi.. =D

i'm working now... n yet i m writing my blog.. lolx.. lao da will strangle me if he sees this.. n the next dae u guys will see me back in spore..(: haha.. i better get back to work.. i will update more often these daes.. cyA peepz..

flyyingg to shanghai
i will be flying to Shanghai tml morning ler.. have too much to say.. but decided to keep this short n sweet... i m going to miss my family.. miss my dearr.. miss my frenzz.. miss my home n all the yummy food hErE.. sobxx i had recieve alot of of best wishes from frenz.. thankew guyss... u all r realli GREAT! thanks fer all the gifts n treatings.. n i realli realli appreciate all these lil things u guys do juz for us.. *touched* i know that theres a lot of people who are worried about me... i will promise to take realli good care of myself de.. cant bear to leave but yet had to.. hope to cya guys aft 6 months time.. shd be in a split moment i guess n i hope too.. by 1st sep we can hang out together again n hAv fun..
To dear: though i will not be able to be by ur side during these 6 months... is a loong period but juz wan to let u know that u will be alwaes in my heart n u r realli important to me.. rmb not to stay out till too late outside n eat ya meals regularly okie.. love u! <3

yanz bdae
Me n jan jan had an advance birthday celebration for yanz todae due to my departure to Shanghai... We had bought a sunflower in a bouquet n a pressie for her... jan wanted to ask a not bad looking guy to present the flowers to her.. but den.. there were oni anuties u see.. thus we decided to gib them ourselves.. she was kinda surprise I think… but her first reaction is "So Big!"... funni ger right..?? We tot shd be something like.. "Wow.." or "So sweet!"... u noe..? hahax
aiyoo.. Anyway.. We gave her a treat at pizza huts n again the three of us cant finished them.. haiz.. waste food again.. *guilty*

moViee.."Big Momo's House 2"
I had a movie with dear todae @ marina square "Big Mommas House 2".. it was incredibly funny n touching.. telling people the importance of family.. n guess what i've got when we bought popcorns?!?

hee..boi gave it to me becos i like tt book v much.. don't u think that the characters in ice age are veri cute?? =) both of us went to suntec nydc aft the movie as boi's sis wanna give me a treat b4 i depart.. so nice right.. this time i had mushroom madness pizza.. yummy-licious!! We had desserts again! i juz love the ice cream n cakes there.. irresistable yea.. but also very expensive tooo.. cant afford to eat it occasionally.. had a lil walk n boi bought me a lot of medications n stuffs.. he muz be dead worried abt me..
as he don hav coins to take bus therefore he decided to take cab n send me hm before meeting his kakis for computer games... but the sad thing is there is NO cab available..! he ended up calling n book.. in 2 mins.. the cab has reached.. haiz.. eat $$ arr..!

chinatown
Tim Sum @ Chinatown
me n kai travelled all the way to chinatown early in the morning to eat tim sum fer our breakfast.. lolx.. i seldom had the 'mood' to do this as during tt timing, i shd be still in my lala land... i'm surprise to see quite a number of caucasian there eating too... the porriage was delicious as well as the lil stuffs.. most imptly.. it is nt very expensive.. will recommend ppl when i return back to s'pore... this is the first time i step into chinatown (excluding new year eve)... quite a nice experience..

Todae.. me n mei actually went to bugis si ma lu to pai pai n to take a ping an fu fer my boi boi.. hope that he ll be safe n sound without me by his side fer this 6 months.. I will really miss him lots.. den we went to orchard to meet yen n ade as well to had a eyebrow grooming at Hollywood Secrets.. we had a weird lady to groom our eyebrow.. she is sooo soo arrogant.. saying that she is the best in spore.. but cant denied that she is really a professional.. n she even teaches us how to draw or trim our eyebrow correctly.. my sis says that she maybe juz plain talking kinda.. I don noe..
we were really late fer the dinner at nydc.. sorry y.s. …to make u to wait fer 30 mins, we didnt mean it.. =) u noe gers well arr.. keke.. erm.. most of them didn’t manage to finish the food *bloated* however we still order another oreo cheesecake with ice cream + cheese cake n choc ice cream.. ohh..! simply sweet.. we love the desserts best! after the dinner the gugu4 walked to bugis n had our neoprint! Den to Mos to sit n chit chat.. we seldom hav the chance to had all 4 of us to sit ard together since last sem.. smiLez..

chalet photos
27th feb
it's our first dae of chalet.. ken n jes were v nice to come and fetch me mei n yen from pasir ris interchange.. we were soo shocked! as the car looks realli coOl.. lolx.. the rest are still sitting outing the reception waiting to check in when we reached... the gers started playing majong once everything has been settled.. =P poor ronnie started the fire alone ard evening as the others are out.. left the 4 of us still.. playing majong.. keke.. i became the chief on the first nite.. erm.. the food taste quite okie.. edible arr i think.. =X boi came later in the nite n pei me! but he left straight in the next morning cos he had to work.. sad..
28th feb
we slept at 3am n by the time we wake up is 1pm noon ler.. n we decided to go fer a swim!! it was fun...

at 4pm we headed to downtown east fer kfc as there had limited seats oni n no air-con so we packed it back to chalet n had my breakfast cum lunch cum high tea.. u can imagine how hungry i was.. n i was given a realli BIG piece of chicken.. *burp*

Headlines fer news: There was a cake fight held at costal sand (pasir ris) room J02 on 29th Feb 2006 in the middle of the night 2am. There were 3 victims.. the place was in the mess.. cakes n creams everywhere u can see.. n neighbours heard loud n sharp screamings..

they had a good cleaning after the fight n make sure it looks exactly the same b4 we had step into the chalet...
all of us sat around the bed n started chatting.. some of them had a lil alcohol.. till we sleEpp... ZzZzz....

osip briefing
left the chalet and went straight to TP by cab todae fer my osip briefing at 10.30am... whew.. lucky i m oni late fer 2 mins.. or else everyone ll be waiting fer me to start the briefing... it took abt an hour looong.. n me n mei were told our VISA n airplane tickets are ready fer collection... we went to get that and den to Angela Tng (osip supervisor) office fer another round of briefing about our Major Project.. she is realli nice to us.. gave us alot of referernces n guidelines of wad we shd do fer the reports.. n some advices as well.. i actualli realise tt alot of people are v concerned abt us.. *touched* they are realli nice people.. (:
